Choose from our 5 available River Map options for the front of the box featuring The Rogue, North Umpqua, Klamath, McCloud or Deschutes Rivers! The Reverse side of the box will feature the corresponding prized gamefish of the river selected. Example: Rogue = Steelhead. McCloud = Rainbow Trout.

Add an Inscription

During the check out process there will be a place to create notes associated with your order – please put the custom inscription you would like to appear on the back of the box in this space. Your inscription will be engraved into the grain of the wood!

*Please be aware, that while there is not a character limit on the length of the inscription, we do reserve the right to shrink the font size to ensure that the inscriptions fits within the fly box. Also – Please put the exact text you would like engraved in “quotes”. We will not print the quotation marks, but will include all text within them.
